What are the shipping costs?
- Free Shipping : For all orders within the Netherlands above €100.
- Shipping costs : For orders under €100, the shipping and packaging costs are €5.99 per order.
- International Shipping : We ship to several countries. Specific shipping costs per country:

How will my order be shipped?
- Shipping partner : We work together with PostNL Parcel Service.
- Delivery : Orders will be shipped to the delivery address you provided. After shipping, you will receive an email with a track & trace link to track your package.
- Not Home?: If you are not at home, PostNL will try to deliver the package again the next business day. If this is not possible, the package will be delivered to a PostNL service point nearby. You can pick it up there from the next business day.
- Delivery days : PostNL delivers from Monday to Saturday.
What is the delivery time of my order?
- Orders on Weekdays : Orders placed on weekdays before 8:00 PM will be delivered within 2-5 working days.
What is the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email. This allows you to track your package. If you have any questions about the status or delivery, please contact our customer service via info@duivensportkleding.nl .
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, you can specify a different delivery address during the ordering process. If you have an online account, you can save multiple delivery addresses. If your package has already been shipped, you can only change the delivery with a not-at-home code from PostNL, which you receive after a failed delivery attempt.
